Why can’t I see products?
Please create an account and then complete your details, so that our employees can verify and activate your account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your account has been activated.
Which preparations can be outsourced?
The aseptic and high-risk preparations of compounding license holder Fagron Sterile Services are available via the outsourcing platform:
- Eye drops
- Syringes
- IV bags
- Cassettes
In addition, you can request any alternative formulation. Such new requests are processed in the shortest possible time.
I want to know the price of a new formula before placing an order.
If you cannot find a product in our portfolio, you can request a new formula using the ‘New Formula‘ form. The subcontractor will first examine your application. You will receive a no-obligation price proposal with more details about the composition of the product, after which you can confirm your order digitally. At that moment your order will be finalized.
Each ‘new request’ is completely without obligation and will only be converted into an order if you agree with both the proposed composition and price.
How does the ordering process for compounded medication work?
Step 1 – Select the formula you wish to order or submit a request for a new formula;
Step 2 – Add the serial number of your prescription and confirm your order.
You do not need to send the prescription itself.
Step 3 – Your preparation will be made and prepared for shipment.
Step 4 – You will receive the preparation together with the preparation protocol.
Step 5 – After the goods have been shipped, you will receive a digital invoice from the subcontractor.
Once the invoice has been paid, your order will be complete.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via temperature-controlled transport.
For deliveries in Belgium, Fagron Compounding Services and its subcontractors call on the Belgian company Raes Pharmaceutical Logistics, a well-known and extremely reliable player in the pharmaceutical distribution chain. This way you can be sure of a correct storage temperature from production to delivery in your pharmacy.

How can I create an account?
Go to ‘My account‘ and fill in the requested fields under ‘Register’ to create a new account. Your account is created in just a few clicks. To be able to see products, you must first complete your address and billing details, after which our employees can verify and activate your account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your account has been activated.

Order products
Belgian law requires a cooperation agreement between you, the outsourcing pharmacist or ‘client’ on the one hand, and the compounding license holder, in short ‘subcontractor’, on the other. This agreement contains legally determined information, and describes, among other things, the rights and obligations of each party. You can easily enter into this agreement digitally via the Fagron Compounding Services platform. To do so, go to “Account” and click on “Preparation agreement” on the left-hand side. Once you have signed the agreement, you will receive a confirmation email and you can immediately proceed to place your order.
How can I change my account information?
You can change your data via ‘Account‘. Please note: as soon as you change your address details, another verification is required by our staff.
How can I change my password?
You can easily set a new password via ‘Account‘.
I have forgotten my password, what now?
Go to ‘Account‘ and click on ‘Forgot password’. You can set a new password based on your username or email address.
