Des solutions contenant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,1 % de chlorhydrate de naphazoline ont \u00e9t\u00e9 instill\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u0153il comme d\u00e9congestionnant conjonctival (voir Conjonctivite, Aller \u00e0 Conjonctivite). La naphazoline a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme vasoconstricteur avec des anesth\u00e9siques locaux.
